Frequently Asked Questions

A: Congratulations on your purchase! If you selected our in-home setup option for a regular mattress set purchase, plan on our team being in your home for 15 minutes. Setup of adjustable bed orders will take about 45 minutes. Please make sure you have a generous pathway cleared through your home prior to our arrival. If you declined the setup service, you will be responsible for taking your items from the front door to their final location in your home. Either way, an adult must be present to sign for the delivery.

A: The evening before your delivery, you will receive an automated phone call with a four-hour timeframe for our arrival. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. If you miss our call, the system will attempt to leave a voicemail, and if you provided an e-mail address when you made your purchase, you will also receive an e-mail with the same information.

A: Our deliveries are routed in geographical order, so we cannot change your scheduled time. If you are unable to accept delivery at the provided time, your are welcome to contact us and we will be happy to reschedule your delivery for a different day.

A: We do offer removal of your old mattress, box spring, and/or adjustable base for an additional fee. Please check your purchase receipt for fees labelled "Removal of Old Set" and/or "Removal of Old Adjustable Base." You can always add one or both of these options onto your order by contacting us any time before your scheduled delivery. Please note that we do not haul away old bed frames, headboards, water beds, or other furniture, due to the risk of damage to our products on the delivery vehicle. If you did not order setup service, please have your removal items ready at the front door.

A: We offer setup of mattress sets, bed frames, adjustable bases, and other furniture for an additional fee. Please check your purchase receipt for fees labelled "Delivery and Setup," "Set Up Purchased Adjustable Base," and/or "Assembly of Purchased Furniture." You can always add these options onto your order by contacting us any time before your scheduled delivery. Please note that we do not assemble or set up products purchased elsewhere.

A: Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly. If there is damage, or if the delivery team damages anything in your home, note this on the delivery acceptance. If you discover damage after our team leaves, contact us within 24 hours to report the issue. We will replace damaged merchandise as quickly as possible, and you will not be charged for the redelivery.
