How it Works

Immediately after you place your order on, you will receive an email, confirming receipt of your order.  Within 72 hours, we will send a second email with an approximate shipping date, as well as an approximate in-home delivery date.  Once your order is picked up by the shipping company, you will receive a third email with your real-time tracking number.  Once your products have reached the destination terminal, the delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a convenient date and 4-hour delivery window for your in-home delivery. prides itself on keeping in-touch with the customer throughout the shipping and delivery process.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us at 855-377-6669.  Please allow 7-21 days for your purchase to arrive at your home.  We ship out our orders as soon as possible, and strive to deliver your purchase as soon as possible.

All bedding (pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, etc.) are shipped via FedEx or UPS, and can take from 7-10 days to arrive their in-home destination.  Tracking numbers will always be provided.


White Glove Delivery

All mattress and furniture purchases include White Glove Delivery.  Our service includes: debris and wrapping removal, one flight of stairs, reasonable placement of your purchase, 15 minutes of set-up, and removal of your old mattress set to the curb.  We offer haul away removal of your old mattress set for an additional fee of $50.00.  If you need further delivery services, such as extended set-up, or more than one flight of stairs, please call Customer Service before your final delivery at 855-377-6669 so that we may schedule this for you.  Any additional services are at the discretion of the delivery company, and are subject to their fees for service.

You may reschedule your delivery at any time with the delivery team, but if you miss your scheduled delivery appointment, re-delivery fees may apply. These fees range from $25 to $75, depending on the carrier. If the carrier returns the merchandise to our warehouse, you are responsible for any return delivery fees. Make sure that you measure the area that your purchase is to be placed in. Items that don’t fit, or cannot be placed, will incur return shipping charges. 

Damage Policy

Please inspect the delivered merchandise thoroughly. If there is damage, note this on the delivery acceptance, waybill, or sign sheet, and make sure that the delivery driver informs the delivery company. Call our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. If additional deliveries are required to complete your order, you will not be charged for those subsequent deliveries.  If you do not report the damage within 24 hours, no exchange will be granted. Similarly, if the delivery team damages any item in your home, please note this on your delivery acceptance.  Also call our Customer Service line at 855-377-6669 to report the damage, for the quickest response and solution.
