Return Policy

DrSnooze.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, and is willing to work with any customer that is unhappy with our products or service.  However, products that are delivered in acceptable condition are not returnable, nor refundable once delivered.  If a product is delivered damaged, the item will either be replaced or repaired, at the discretion of www.drsnooze.com, refunds and cancellations are not available for products that are delivered damaged. All damages must be noted on the delivery acceptance, and called in to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. Any item which is refused at delivery without inspection, cannot fit into the dwelling, or that is not damaged or defective, will incur a return shipping charge. In this case, any refund issued will be less the actual amount of the shipping to and from the destination, and less a 25% restocking fee. 

 

Cancellation Policy

To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. If you need to cancel past this window, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  If the product has shipped,  the actual shipping and return shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund. In this case, your refund will be processed AFTER we receive the merchandise back at our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing of refunds.   Dr Snooze will not issue refunds on delivered merchandise. All refunds will be processed at the corporate office, in the manner that the payment was made.  Please call our Customer Service team at 855-377-6669.

 

Damage Policy

Please inspect the delivered merchandise thoroughly. If there is damage, note this on the delivery acceptance, waybill, or sign sheet, and make sure that the delivery driver informs the delivery company. Call our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. If additional deliveries are required to complete your order, you will not be charged for those subsequent deliveries.  If you do not report the damage within 24 hours, no exchange will be granted. Similarly, if the delivery team damages any item in your home, please note this on your delivery acceptance.  Also call our Customer Service line at 855-377-6669 to report the damage, for the quickest response and solution.

 

Price Guarantee

DrSnooze.com stands behind their pricing.  If you find a better price, we will be happy to match or beat that price.  Please call our Sales team at 855-377-6669, and we'll be happy to earn your business!  We must be able to verify pricing.  This price guarantee is valid only on new merchandise, and is not offered on clearance, close-out, or warranty merchandise. Comparable prices must include delivery, handling, etc.

 

Comfort Guarantee

DrSnooze.com offers a comfort guarantee on all mattresses and mattress sets.  In the case that you do not like your new mattress once you have it in your home, you may exchange it for another mattress, of any size, by any manufacturer that we carry.  If you are not satisfied with your new mattress, call our Customer Service team at 855-377-6669 for a Return Authorization.  Please note that you MUST keep the merchandise in your home for a minimum of 30 nights, but call to obtain the Return Authorization no longer than 60 nights after delivery.  Once the authorization is issued, you may choose a new mattress set from our online selection, and arrange return shipment of the old mattress.  You may do this yourself, or we may set up the return freight for you.  When the product is delivered back to our warehouse, it will be inspected, and the new set sent out to you.  If you have arranged for return shipment yourself, your store credit amount will be the full purchase price.  If we have arranged for return shipment, a $176.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit.  You are responsible for any further difference in the price of the old mattress set and the new mattress set.  No refunds will be issued, all new selections must be of equal or greater value to the original mattress set.  All returned products must be wrapped in plastic and boxed, in the same fashion as they were shipped to you.  It is the customer's responsibility to adequately pack the return merchandise.  Items which are damaged or abused will not be eligible for a Comfort Exchange.  If you have questions, call Customer Service at 855-377-6669.
