Drsnooze.com offers free delivery for orders of $599 and above if you live in the continental United States. Please contact Customer Service for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping charges are determined by your order total. If your order is less than $599, a $49.99 delivery fee will be charged. If your order is over $599, then your delivery and set up of your purchase is complimentary.
Once you place and pay for your order, you will receive an email from drsnooze.com within 48 hours with your delivery date. Additionally, the night before your expected delivery, you will receive either an email or a phone call to give a 4-hour delivery window.
Things to keep in mind for your delivery:
Please clear the area where your new products need to be delivered. If the area is not clear, then the delivery team will not set up your new purchase.
Delivery drivers are not responsible for moving existing furniture or bedding from room to room.
We will take out all of the wrappings, and boxes associated with your new purchase.
Retain your receipt – it must be presented at delivery. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult, over the age of 18.
Please inspect the delivered merchandise thoroughly. You may refuse to accept any damaged or defective merchandise. If additional deliveries are required to complete your order, you will not be charged for these subsequent deliveries.
In select areas, removal of your old mattress set is available. Please notify the carrier the night before delivery that you would like your old set removed, and they will quote you a fee, if one appliees. Furniture and frames will not be removed from the home.
Delivery drivers have a right to refuse to remove old bedding, if this bedding is visibly soiled, unsanitary, or hazardous. Drivers will NOT remove any mattress or boxspring with exposed coils or metal.
We will assemble all furniture purchased at www.drsnooze.com.
Damages and Returns
All damages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. If the damage is not reported within this time frame, no exchange will be made. Please inspect your merchandise prior to accepting the delivery. Please see our Return and Exchange page for full details.
Customers may elect to pick up their merchandise from a store location or warehouse, instead of getting it delivered. Drsnooze.com cannot be responsible for loading, tying, or otherwise securing merchandise to a customer’s vehicle. Customers are welcome to open boxes of their merchandise before they leave the location, but no assembly will be done by drsnooze.com. Drsnooze.com will not be responsible for any damage that might occur to either the merchandise, or the customer’s vehicle. No discount will be given for pickup instead of delivery, no pickup charge will be assessed. Please note that all items are not in stock at a store location or warehouse. Your order will be available for pick up according to the same Delivery Time Frame Schedule shown above.
