Dr Snooze isn’t satisfied until you are. If you are not comfortable on your new mattress, you may exchange it for another. You must keep the original mattress for at least thirty days, but not more than forty-five days. Dr Snooze will not honor any comfort exchange where the mattress is stained or unsanitary. Dr Snooze will issue you a store credit for the amount that you paid for your bed. Comfort exchange fees apply. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your new mattress must be the same size and of equal or greater value to the original set. After the new mattress is selected, Dr Snooze will deliver the new and take back the old mattress. Comfort guarantees are only available once per mattress purchase. Dr Snooze will not issue refunds, restrictions apply. Please note that all adjustable bases, pillows, and mattress protectors are final sale items. All orders may be canceled and completely refunded PRIOR to delivery.
